Terms of Use

Effective date: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TruckQuote website and services ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

TruckQuote operates as a licensed insurance broker/producer. We help owner-operators and trucking companies shop for commercial truck insurance by comparing offers from multiple insurance carriers. We do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee any insurance policy. Policies are issued by the insurance carriers, and all coverage is subject to the carrier's underwriting, terms, conditions, and approval.

2. Quotes Are Estimates Only

Any quotes, premium figures, coverage options, or savings estimates we provide are estimates only and are not an offer of insurance or a guarantee of coverage. Final rates, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the insurance carrier after its own underwriting review and may differ from any estimate. Coverage is not in force until a carrier issues a policy and you meet all of its requirements.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rates

We do not guarantee that any particular coverage, carrier, premium, or rate will be available to you. Availability depends on your state, your operation and driving record, cargo type, loss history, market conditions, and carrier underwriting standards. Statements about turnaround times, savings, or the number of carriers compared are general descriptions of our service, not promises about your individual result.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote. Insurance decisions and pricing rely on the accuracy of what you submit. Providing false or incomplete information may result in an inaccurate quote, denial of coverage, or cancellation of a policy by the carrier. You are responsible for reviewing all policy documents before purchasing and for maintaining the coverage required by law for your operation.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape data, transmit malicious code, or use the site in any way that could harm TruckQuote or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to TruckQuote and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Carriers

Our website and services may reference or connect you with third-party insurance carriers. We are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of those third parties. Any policy you purchase is a contract between you and the issuing carrier.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckQuote and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or coverage, arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or our services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckQuote from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT GOVERNING-LAW STATE — Andrew to provide], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
